World rankings 2010

Although there are still a few top-marathons to be run yet, it is already clear that at the end of 2010, Rotterdam will once again occupy several important positions in the world rankings. At the moment Rotterdam is in first, second, third and fifth place.

World rankings 2009

Rotterdam takes the first three places in the world rankings of 2009. Duncan Kibet Kirong is in first place with 2.04.27. On 5 April, after a thrilling final sprint on the Coolsingel, the Kenyan finished a fraction earlier than his compatriot James Kipsang Kwambai, who was awarded the same time to his name. Abel Kirui, also from Kenya, is in third place with 2.05.04. Number 10 on the list Patrick Makau (Ken) also achieved his status in Rotterdam.
